DO YOU GIVE PRICING INFORMATION OVER THE PHONE?
-We can give estimates for carpet cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, upholstery, concrete floor cleaning, new constructions, water extraction, and mattress cleaning over the phone. However, for residential/ commercial cleanings and window cleaning, we need to get a visual assessement before we can provide accurate pricing.
ARE YOUR CLEANERS WELL EDUCATED IN THEIR FIELD?
-Erin and Rebecca are constantly taking classes to become certified in new areas and just to brush up on any new information that may be available in their field. They pass down all of their tips, tricks, knowledge, etc to every new member that joins the team. Each employee goes through a rigurous training program and completes company tests after each training period to ensure they are as knowledgable as they can be on all of the company techniques and services. Erin and Rebecca currently have certifications in the following fields: carpet cleaning, upholstery, water restoration, fire and smoke restoration, odor control, floor refinishing services, and biohazard/crime scene cleaning.
WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVICE?
We provide regular and one time residential and commercial cleanings in the following cities: Edwardsville, Worden, Hamel, Glen Carbon, Collinsville, Maryville, Alton, Woodriver, Troy, Moro, Bethalto, Cottage Hills, Roxana, Litchfield and Staunton. We will go to Godfrey, Highland and St. Jacob for one time deep cleanings. For carpet cleaning and all other floor care cleanings we will go as far as Godfrey, Highland, St. Jacob, Belleville, O'Fallon, Fairview Heights, Litchfield, Gillispie, Greenville, and some areas across the river in St. Louis (on top of our typical service areas).
ARE YOU THE SAME COMPANY AFFILIATED WITH GROUPON?
No. We are currently in a legal battle with a company that stole our name. We have been in business for over ten years and this other company only a handfull of years. They service our same cleaning radius as well as a lot of areas in Missouri. We have never had a Groupon available and will not honor their deals.
WHAT KIND OF EQUIPMENT DO YOU USE?
We use nothing but the best and top of the line equipment for all of our services. For carpet cleaning specifically, we use a truck mounted system (Sapphire 370)and we also have a smaller portable system (PE 500). We do regular maintenance on all of our equipment and are constantly looking at any new and improved models that are on the market.
DO YOU STEAM CLEAN CARPETS?
We use hot water extraction but it is the same thing as steam cleaning.
ARE YOU AN ANIMAL FRIENDLY COMPANY?
Every one of our employees are avid animal lovers. One of our favorite parts of cleaning is getting to know everyone's pets. We treat every clients pet as if they were our own. We are more than happy to let your pets out for potty breaks, take them on walks, give them treats, bathe and groom them, or help with any medical needs they may have. Don't be surprised if you see us cuddling with them. We even feature a "pet of the month" on our website. We have done multiple animal related give backs in the past including collecting donations for military K-9s overseas, donations to give to local no-kill animal shelters, and donations to send to areas affected by Tornados. We make sure all of our cleaning chemicals are non hazardous.
ARE YOU EXPERIENCED?
Erin has had the company for over 15 years now. Rebecca has been with her for 10. Within that time frame, they have both seen and cleaned just about every scenario you can imagine. They have learned some things the hard way through trial and error, they constantly take classes offered in their field to brush up on any new information that's available, and they have other professional experts available to them 24/7 if there's ever a scenario they aren't familiar with. They pride themselves on being the type of cleaners you can go to with near impossible situations and they come out the other side successful. Pristine Cleaning is not only experienced, they are also detailed, professional, and relateable.
